Abstract
FILME REFLEXIVO DE MúLTIPLAS CAMADAS Um filme refletor de interferência de múltiplas camadas tem camadas ópticas individuais arranjadas para formar unidades de repetição ópticas ao longo do filme. Cada uma de uma pluralidade de unidades de repetição ópticas tem seis camadas individuais, pelo menos três das quais tem índices refrativos diferentes em um comprimento de onda de projeto <sym>~ o~. Camadas individuais tendo nominalmente o mesmo índice refrativo e espessura física, arbitrariamente rotuladas "A", "B", "C" e "D", são arranjadas em uma unidade de repetição óptica de seis camadas em uma permutação cíclica de CACDBD, onde as camadas A e B são cada uma mais espessa do que as camadas C e D.
