Abstract

TUBO DE AçO INOXIDáVEL MARTENSìTICO. A presente invenção refere-se a um tubo de aço inoxidável martensítico tendo uma zona afetada pelo calor com alta resistência à fratura por corrosão por estresse intergranular. Em particular, o tubo de aço inoxidável martensítico contém menos de 0,0100% de C; menos de 0,0100% de N; 10% a 14% de Cr; e 3% a 8% de Ni em uma base de massa. Alternativamente, o tubo de aço inoxidável martensítico pode também conter Si, Mn, P, S e Al dentro de uma faixa de teores adequados. O tubo de aço inoxidável martensítico também contém um ou mais elementos selecionados do grupo consistindo em 4% ou menos de Cu, 4% ou menos de Co, 4% ou menos de Mo, e 4% ou menos de W e um ou mais elementos selecionados do grupo consistindo em 0,15% ou menos de Ti, 0,10% ou menos de Nb, 0,10% ou menos de V, 0,10% ou menos de Zr, 0,20% ou menos de Hf, e 0,20% ou menos de Ta em uma base de massa. O teor <sym> definido pela equação a seguir é igual a menos de 0,0050%: <sym>=C - 1/3 x <sym>, onde <sym>= 12,0{Ti/47,9 + 1/2 (Nb/92,9 + Zr/91,2) + 1/3 (V/50,9 + Hf/178,5 + Ta/180.9) - N/14,0) ou <sym>= 0 quando <sym> <sym> 0.
