Abstract

"TUBO DE AçO INOXIDáVEL DE ALTA RESISTêNCIA ALTAMENTE ANTICORROSIVO PARA TUBULAçõES E MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DO MESMO". A presente invenção refere-se a um tubo de aço inoxidável de alta resistência e alta resistência à corrosão para tubulação, tendo uma composição contendo 0,001 a 0,015% de C, 0,01 a 0,5% de Si, 0,1 a 1,8% de Mn, 0,03 ou menos de P, 0,005 ou menos de S, 15 a 18% de Cr, 0,5% ou mais e menos de 5,5% de Ni, 0,5 a 3,5% de Mo, 0,02 a 0,2% de V, 0,001 a 0,015% de N, e 0,006% ou menos de 0, em massa, de forma a satisfazer ¢Cr + 0,65 Ni + 0,6 Mo + 0,55 Cu - 20 c <242> 18,5!, ¢Cr + Mo + 0,3 Si - 43,5 C 0,4 Mn - Ni - 0,3 Cu - 9 N <242> 11,5! e ¢C + N <243> 0,0251. Preferivelmente o tratamento de resfriamento brusco e revenido é aplicado ao tubo. A composição pode também conter 0,002 a 0,05% de AI, e pode também conter um ou mais entre Nb, Ti, Zr, B e W, e/ou Cu e Ca. A microestrutura preferivelmente contém martensita, ferrita e <sym> residual.
