Abstract

"AçO INOXIDáVEL DUPLEX E SEU MéTODO DE PRODUçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um aço inoxidável duplex contendo C, Si, Mn, P, S, Al, Ni, Cr, Mo, N (nitrogênio), O (oxigênio), Ca, Mg, Cu, B, e W, e o saldo sendo Fe e impurezas, onde um número de inclusões com base óxida, que têm um teor total de Ca e de Mg de 20 a 40% em massa e também têm um diâmetro longo de não menos que 7 <109>m, é de não mais que 10 por 1 mm¬ 2¬ da seção transversal perpendicular à direção de trabalho, ou também o número de inclusões com base óxida que têm um teor de S de não menos que 15% em massa e também têm um diâmetro longo de não menos que 1 <109>m é de não mais que 10 por 0,1 mm¬ 2¬ da seção transversal perpendicular à direção de trabalho. Particularmente os teores de Cu B e W são desejavelmente 0,2 a 2%, 0,001 a 0,01% e 0,1 a 4% em massa respectivamente.
