Abstract
SISTEMA DE ADMINISTRAçãO DE OPIóIDES Uma formulação de opióide para administração pulmonar no tratamento ou gerenciamento de dor, que contém um dispositivo de administração de fármaco pulmonar, método de administração, que contém um kit e usos da mesma. A formulação contém pelo menos um opióide de início rápido e preferivelmente também contém um opióide de efeito prolongado para reduzir a freqüêcia de administração. A invenção emprega os efeitos colaterais da formulação de opióide para permitir que os pacientes autolimitem a ingestão de fámaco e, com evite a toxicidade enquanto se atinge analgesia. Emprega-se um modelo farmacocinético e farmacodinâmico para determinar as formulações de fármaco ideais e os parâmetros ideais para administração.
