Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE L-AMINOáCIDOS USANDO AS BACTéRIAS CORINEFORMES". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de L-aminoácidos, no qual são realizadas as seguintes etapas: a) fermentação das bactérias corineformes que produzem o Laminoácido desejado, em cujas bactérias pelo menos o gene codificando o regulador de transcrição TipA é atenuado, b) concentração do L-aminoácido desejado no meio ou nas células das bactérias, e c) isolamento do L-aminoácido, e opcionalmente são usadas bactérias nas quais genes adicionais da via de biossíntese do L-aminoácido desejado são adicionalmente aumentados, ou são usadas bactérias nas quais as vias metabólicas que reduzem a formação do L-aminoácido desejado são pelo menos parcialmente excluídas.
