Abstract

"APARELHO PARA DISTRIBUIR AMOSTRAS DE TINTA E CORANTE E MéTODOS PARA DISTRIBUIR AMOSTRAS DE TINTA E CORANTE". é mostrado e descrito um dispensador aperfeiçoado de fluido adaptado para propiciar quantidades do tamanho de amostra de uma mistura fluida. Um sistema automatizado de fechamento e vedação é propiciado para o coletor que se desloca, sob comando de um controlador, de uma posição fechada ou vedada que limita deste modo a exposição do coletor e dos bocais de saída de fluido à atmosfera ambiente, para um sistema de distribuição onde um recipiente do tamanho de amostra é mantido fixo contra uma extremidade inferior do coletor e engatado neste para um elemento de vedação posicionado sobre uma porção inferior do coletor. Quando a distribuição termina, o sistema automaticamente desloca-se para trás na direção de uma posição fechada onde o recipiente cheio é mantido aberto e pronto para ser removido por um técnico antes de ser tampado e etiquetado. Um sistema aperfeiçoado de prateleiras é também propiciado para alojar uma grande quantidade de diferentes ingredientes convenientemente dentro de um bastidor relativamente compacto, tornando deste modo o sistema adequado para um ambiente varejista. Um sistema aperfeiçoado de preparar uma quantidade de amostra de uma mistura fluida é também apresentado.
