Abstract

"COMPRESSOR DE FLUIDOS COM MANCAL AEROSTáTICO, SISTEMA DE CONTROLE DE COMPRESSOR COM MANCAL AEROSTáTICO E MéTODO DE CONTROLE DE COMPRESSOR COM MANCAL AEROSTáTICO." A presente invenção refere-se a um compressor de fluidos que possui um mancal aerostático, um sistema de controle de um compressor de fluidos que possui um mancal aerostático bem como a um método de controle de compressor, onde o mancal aerostático é alimentado por um acumulador de fluido comprimido (5) que é carregado durante a operação do compressor (100) e descarregado por ocasião da respectiva partida para evitar danos aos mancais. Tais objetivos são alcançados através de um compressor de fluidos (100) compreendendo uma câmara de pressurização (C) e ao menos um dispositivo de pressurização (1,2,18) do fluido, a câmara de pressurização (C) e o dispositivo de pressurização (1,2,18) sendo alocados em uma carcaça (4), a câmara de pressurização (C) tendo uma entrada não pressurizada (10) e uma saída pressurizada (20), o dispositivo de pressurização (1,2,18) comprimindo o fluido captado pela entrada não pressurizada (10) e descarregando-o pela saída pressurizada (20), o dispositivo de pressurização (1,2,18) possuindo ao menos um mancal aerostático (3), o mancal aerostático (3) compreendendo uma região de pressurização de flutuação (33), o compressor compreendendo um acumulador de fluido comprimido (5) fluidicamente conectável à saída pressurizada (20) e à região de pressurização de flutuação (33), o acumulador de fluido comprimido (5) sendo alocado dentro da carcaça (4) do compressor (100). São ainda descritos um sistema de controle de compressor (100) e o respectivo método de controle.
