Abstract
"COMPOSIçãO DE ALIMENTO COM SABOR". Trata-se de uma composição de alimento com sabor em uma forma em pó de fluência livre não comprimida que compreende gordura em pó que tem um baixo teor de triglicerídeos de ácidos trans-graxos. Mais especificamente, a gordura compreende (uma mistura de) triglicerídeos de ácidos graxos, em que a quantidade de H3 (triglicerídeo de três ácidos graxos saturados com 16 ou mais átomos de carbono) e de H2U (triglicerídeo de dois ácidos graxos saturados com 16 ou mais átomos de carbono e um ácido graxo cis-insaturado) em conjunto consistem em pelo menos 55% em peso com base na quantidade total de triglicerídeos, e em que a relação de ácido palmítico/ácido esteárico nos triglicerídeos de ácido graxo é menor do que 4.
