Abstract
BIOSSENSORES COM BASE EM MONTAGEM CONTROLADA DE PARTìCULAS. Um sistema de sensor para detectar um efetor ou co-fator compreende (a) uma enzima de ácido nucléico; (b) um substrato para a enzima de ácido nucléico, que compreende um primeiro polinucleotídeo; (c) um primeiro grupo de partículas que compreende um segundo polinucleotídeo pelo menos parcialmente complementar ao substrato, onde o polinucleotídeo é ligado às partículas em seu terminal 3'; e (d) um segundo grupo de partículas que compreende um terceiro polinucleotídeo pelo menos parcialmente complementar ao substrato, onde o polinucleotídeo é ligado às partículas em seu terminal 5'.
