Abstract

LIGANDOS DE BISFOSFINA C~ 1~-SIMéTRICA E SEU EMPREGO NA SìNTESE ASSIMéTRICA DE PREGABALINA. A presente invenção refere-se a materiais e métodos para a preparação de ácido (S)-(+)-3-(aminometil)-5-metil-hexanóico e compostos relacionados estruturamente por meio de hidrogenação enantiosseletiva de olefinas pró-quirais são descritos. Os métodos empregam novos catalisadores quirais, que incluem ligando de bisfosfina C~ 1~-simétrica ligados a metais de transição.
