Abstract

MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA CONTROLAR MASSA DA GOTA DE VIDRO NA PRODUçãO DE RECIPIENTES DE VIDRO OCOS. A presente invenção refere-se a um método e a um dispositivo para controlar a massa da gota de vidro na produção de recipientes de vidro ocos, onde pelo menos um êmbolo (2, 2') é disposto em uma cabeça do alimentador (3) e um perfil de movimento de êmbolo que pode ser alterado é proporcionado para o propósito de influenciar a descarga de vidro fundido a partir da cabeça do alimentador. Para a produção simultânea de um sortimento de recipientes de vidro ocos com um peso diferente, uma máquina de formação de vidro IS que é utilizada compreende para cada seção um perfil de movimento que pode ser alterado por êmbolo. Uma diferença de valor de referência de massa é determinada a partir de um valor desejado de referência de massa e de um valor real de diferença de massa baseada em pelo menos uma das gotas consecutivas para cada estação de preforma. Dependendo da diferença de valor de referência de massa, o perfil de movimento de êmbolo associado para cada estação de preforma é alterado de uma maneira tal que por repetir a determinação da diferença de valor de referência de massa e por alterar o perfil de movimento, o valor real de referência de massa é aproximado gradualmente do valor desejado de referência de massa. De acordo com a invenção, é possível controlar de uma maneira conveniente a massa da gota de vidro durante a produção do sortimento.
