Abstract

SAIS FARMACêUTICOS DE áCIDO 3-O-(3', 3'-DIMETILSUCCINIL) BETULìNICO A presente invenção descreve ácido 3-O-3', 3'-dimetilsuccinil) betulínico (DSB). Em particular, a preparação, a avaliação farmacêutica, e a avaliação da biodisponibilidade in vivo da N-metil-D-glucamina e as formas de sal de metal alcalino de DSB são descritas. As composições farmacêuticas incluindo as referidas formas de sal são usadas nos métodos de tratamento de HIV e de doenças relacionadas. Os métodos de produção dos sais de DSB e das composições farmacêuticas são também proporcionados.
