Abstract
PROCESSO E INSTALAçAO DE FABRICAçãO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UMA DISPOSIçãO DE MANCAL DIVIDIDA A invenção refere-se a um processo bem como a um instalação de fabricação para produção de uma disposição de mancal dividida, em que em várias estações de usinagem uma parte superior de mancal (6) é separada de uma parte de base de mancal (5) unida com aquela em uma só peça mediante introdução de uma força através de uma operação de separação por ruptura em um plano de ruptura (1) predeterminado e, em seguida, as partes são novamente unidas entre si por uma união aparafusada apresentando ao menos dois parafusos sendo que a parte de base de mancal (5) e a parte superior de mancal (6) são fixadas em um dispositivo adaptador (1) transportado de uma estação de usinagem para outra estação de usinagem e a parte superior de mancal é retida pelo menos durante algumas etapas de trabalho nas estações de usinagem por meio de um suporte auxiliar (13) retrátil, disposto sobre o dispositivo adaptador e engatando na parte de mancal superior por fora da região da união aparafusada.
