Abstract

MéTODOS PARA DETERMINAR QUANTITATIVAMENTE HEPARINAS DE CONSTITUIçãO ESPECìFICA OU HEPARINAS DE BAIXO PESO MOLECULAR USANDO HPLC. Método para analisar heparinas ou heparinas de baixo peso molecular caracterizado pelo fato de que a amostra a ser ensaiada é despolimerizada pela ação de heparinases e, então, se apropriado, o despolimerizado obtido é reduzido e então uma análise é efetuada por cromatografia líquida de alto desempenho.
