Abstract

MéTODOS PARA A PREPARAçãO DE (3R,3aS,6aR)-HEXAIDRO-FURO¢2,3-b!-FURAN-3-OL. A presente invenção refere-se a métodos para a preparação de (3R,3aS,6aR)-hexaidro-furo¢2.3-b!furan-3-ol (6) puro em termos diastereolsoméricos, bem como um intermediário inusitada, (3aR,4S,6aS)-4-metáxi-tetraidro-furo¢3,4-b!furan-2-ona (4), para uso nos ditos métodos. Mais particularmente, a invenção refere-se a um método estereosseletivo para a preparação de (3R,3aS,6aR)-hexaidro-furo¢2,3-b!furan-3-ol puro em termos diastereolsoméricos, bem como métodos para a cristalização de (3aR,4S,6aS)-4-metáxi-tetraidro-furo¢3,4-b!furan-2-ona de para a epimerização de (3aR,4R,6aS)-4-metóxi-tetraidro-furo¢3,4-b!furan-2-ona para (3aR,4S,6aS)-4-metóxi-tetraidro-furo¢3,4-b!furan-2-ona.
