Abstract

TAMBOR DE CORREIA PARA PNEU . A presente invenção refere-se a um tambor de correia (1), especificamente para moldar uma camada de correia e/ou uma camada de fila- mento ou outro componente de pneu provido de partes de metal e similar em um conjunto periférico, em que o tambor é giratório em torno de uma linha central, compreendendo um grupo de membros de sustentação (2) dotados de uma superfície de sustentação rígida para o componente do pneu e situada na periferia do tambor, em que considerado em um plano em corte transversal contendo a linha central, os membros de sustentação compreendem partes de sustentação central (7) e partes de sustentação lateral (8a, 8b) móveis conectadas aos mesmos, em que as seções centrais dos membros de sustentação são móveis pelos dispositivos de primeiro movimento (11, 12) entre uma primeira posição, na qual o respectivo membro de sustentação forma uma superfície de sustentação que está paralela à linha central, e em pelo menos uma segunda posição, na qual uma superfície de sustentação substancialmente convexa é formada pelo respectivo membro de sustentação, no qual o tambor de correia, especificamente para moldar uma camada de correia e/ou uma camada de filamento ou outro componente de pneu provido de partes de metal e similar em um conjunto periférico, no qual o tambor é giratório em torno de uma linha central, compreendendo um grupo de membros de sustentação dotados de uma superfície de sustentação rígida para o componente do pneu e situada na periferia do tambor, em queconsiderado em um plano em corte transversal contendo a linha central, os membros de sustentação compreendem partes de sustentação central e partes de sustentação lateral são móveis pelos dispositivos de primeira movimento entre a primeira posição, na qual o respectivo membro de sustentação forma uma superfície de sustentação que está paralela à linha central, e pelo menos uma segunda posição, na qual uma superfície de sustentação substancialmente convexa é formada pelo respectivo membro de sustentação, no qual os dispositivos do primeiro movimento estão conectados às partes de sustentação central a fim de pelo menos mantê-las paralelas à linha central em pela menos a uma segunda posição.
