Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DE DERIVADOS DE 1,4-DIFENILACETIDINONAS. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para preparação de derivados de 1,4 difenilazetidiononas, a partir de aminoamidas <225>substituídas de maneira apropriada na presença de agentes de sililação onde são empregados catalisadores de ciclização que apresentam como cátion(XII), íons fosfónio, e como ânion, aqueles de acordo com as seguintes fórmulas gerais (a) ou (b) ou (c) ou (d), sendo que os símbolos, substituintes e índices têm o seguinte significado: Z = C = O, C = S, S = O, SO~ 2~ ou C=NR¬ 20¬; K = O, S, NR¬ 21¬ ou CR¬ 22¬R¬ 23¬, L = NR¬ 24¬ ou CR¬ 25¬R¬ 26¬; n = 0 ou 1; M = O, C=O, NR¬ 27¬ ou CR¬ 28¬R¬ 29¬; Q = O, S, NR¬ 30¬, CR¬ 31¬R¬ 32¬, C=O, C=S, S=O, SO¬ 2¬ ou C=NR¬ 34¬ R=CR¬ 35¬ ou N; T = CR¬ 36¬ ou N; U = CR¬ 37¬ ou N; V = CR¬ 38¬ ou N; e os radicais indicados R¬ 16¬ até R¬ 19¬ por exemplo podem significar arila ou (C~ 1~-C~ 15~)alquila, aril(C~ 1~-C~ 10~)alquila e os radicais R¬ 20¬ até R¬ 32¬ e R¬ 34¬ até R¬ 38¬ e adicionalmente podem significar também H ou heteroarila; R¬ 39¬ e R¬ 40¬ por exemplo (C~ 1~-CF~ 6~)alquila. O ânion também pode ser R¬ 41¬O, R¬ 42¬COO<sym>, R¬ 42¬COO<sym> ou CI<sym> , Br<sym> ou I<sym> (combinado com Ag~ 2~O).
