Abstract

PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA MEDIR E AJUSTAR A PLANICIDADE E/OU TENSãO DE UMA FITA DE AçO INOXIDAVEL OU FOLHA DE AçO INOXIDáVEL DURANTE A LAMINAçãO A FRIO EM UM BASTIDOR DE 4 LAMINADORES, DE MODO PARTICULAR, EM UM BASTIDOR DE 20 LAMINADORES SENDZIMIR. Processo e dispositivo para medir e ajustar a planicidade e/ou tensão de uma fita de aço inoxidável (1) durante a laminação a frio em um bastidor de 4 laminadores (2) dotado de pelo menos um circuito de controle (4) compreendendo diversos atuadores (3), resultando em medição e ajuste mais precisos, devido ao fato de um defeito de planicidade (10) ser determinado por comparação de um vetor de tensão (8) com uma curva de referência predefinida (9), com que a característica do defeito de planicidade (10) ao longo da largura da fita é decomposta em vetores de tensão proporcionais (8) em um bloco de formação de análise (11), de uma maneira matematicamente aproximada, e das proporções do defeito de planicidade (Cl...Cx) determinadas por valores numéricos serem fornecidas a módulos de controle respectivamente associados (12a;12b) para acionamento do respectivo atuador (3)
