adenovírus quimérico recombinante para o uso no tratamento de câncer e métodos de inibição de crescimento de uma célula de câncer, de fornecimento de uma proteína terapêutica a uma célula e para o isolamento do adenovírus. a presente invenção refere-se a adenovírus oconlitícos tendo aplicações terapêuticas. adenovírus quiméricos recombinantes, e métodos para produzi-los são providos. os adenovírus quiméricos da invenção compreendem seqüências de ácidos nucléicos derivadas de sorotipos adenovirais classificados dentro dos subgrupos b até f e demostram um índice terapêutico aumentado.
