Abstract

TAMPA APERFEIçOADA PARA RECIPIENTES PARA COZINHAR ALIMENTOS. A presente invenção refere-se uma tampa (1) de cobrir recipientes para o cozimento de alimentos (2), compreendendo dispositivos para resfriar o vapor (3), colocados no lado de fora e acima da tampa (1), e um dispositivo de suporte (4) para o dito dispositivo de resfriamento de vapor (3), caracterizada em que tem uma extensão na direção de espessura a fim de ser capaz de conceber uma pluralidade de canais (11) através da tampa, os ditos canais (11) realizando um percurso, para fora, de passagem para o vapor vindo do recipiente (2) para cozimento dos ditos alimentos, causando uma aceleração do vapor, o dito vapor acelerado contatando através dos ditos canais (11) uma superfície inferior (31) do dito dispositivo de resfriamento de vapor, condensando e fluindo outra vez, em uma fase líquida, dentro do dito recipiente de cozimento (2) através da dita pluralidade de canais (11).
