Abstract
Métodos de preparação de produto de queijo, de queijo mole ou firme/semi-duro e de pasta fluida e sistemas de fabricação de queijo mole ou firme/semi-duro, produtos de queijo mole ou firme/semi-duro maturado ou não maturado e pasta fluida São providos métodos para a preparação de queijo que envolvem a combinação de uma pasta fluida com um precursor de queijo para formar uma mistura que é subseqüentemente processada para formar o produto de queijo.
