Abstract

MéTODO PARA PURIFICAçãO DE óLEOS SERVIDOS DE PROCESSOS A presente invenção descreve um método para purificação de óleos servidos de processos, cujo método compreende a mistura de um óleo de processo com um aditivo, que compreende uma mistura líquida de: (a) pelo menos uma alcanolamina; e (b) pelo menos um elemento selecionado do grupo que consiste de ácidos alcanóicos e ácidos alquenóicos, tendo de 6 a 18 átomos de carbono e ponto/pontos de fusão tais que a mistura de (a) e (b) seja liquida na temperatura em que o método é realizado; com um valor de pH da dita mistura de (a) e (b) na faixa de 5 a 8, preferencialmente, 6 a 7 e, mais preferencialmente, um valor de 6,3, e a dita mistura sendo substancialmente insolúvel no óleo do processo, formando uma mistura de duas fases após a mistura; e - subseqüente separação da fase contendo óleo de processo da fase da dita mistura de (a) e (b), com contaminantes absorvidos. A invenção proporciona ainda o uso de ácidos alcanóicos e ácidos alquenóicos, tendo de 6 a 18 átomos de carbono, na preparação de uma mistura para a purificação de óleos servidos de processos, assim como, o uso de alcanolaminas.
