Abstract

Composição poliolefínica resistente a impactos. O presente invento descreve uma composição poliolefínica heterofásica compreendendo (percentagens em peso): (A) de 50 a 80% de um polímero cristalino de propileno tendo um valor de índice de polidispersidade de 5,2 a 10 e um teor de pêntades isotáticas (mmmm), medido por RMN-¬ 13¬C na fração insolúvel em xileno a 25<198>C, maior que 97,5% molar; dito polímero sendo escolhido dentre um homopolímero de propileno e um copolímero de propileno e pela menos um comonómero escolhido dentre etileno e uma <244>-olefina de fórmula H~ 2~C=CHR, em que R é um radical alquila C~ 2~-C~ 6~ linear ou ramificado, contendo pelo menos 95% de unidades recorrentes derivadas de propileno; (B) de 5 a 20% de um primeiro copolímero elastomérico de etileno com pelo menos um comonómero escolhido dentre propileno e uma outra <244>-olefina de fórmula H~ 2~C=CHR, em que R é um radical alquila C~ 2~-C~ 6~ linear ou ramificado; dito primeiro copolímero elastomérico contendo de 25 a menos de 40%, preferencialmente de 25 a 38%, de etileno, e sendo solúvel em xileno à temperatura ambiente numa quantidade de mais de 65% a 95%, a viscosidade intrínseca <sym> da fração solúvel em xileno variando de 2,5 a 4,5 dL/g; e (C) de 10 a 40% de um segundo copolímero elastomérico de etileno com pelo menos um comonómero escolhido dentre propileno e uma outra <244>-olefina de fórmula H~ 2~C=CHR, em que R é um radical alquila C~ 2-C~ 6~ linear ou ramificado; dito segundo copolímero elastomérico contendo de 50 até 75%, preferencialmente de 55 a 70%, de etileno, e sendo solúvel em xileno à temperatura ambiente numa quantidade de 50 a 85%, preferencialmente de 55 a 85%, a viscosidade intrínseca <sym> da fração solúvel em xileno variando de 1,8 a 4,0 dL/g; em que a soma das quantidades de copolímero (B) e copolímero (C) varia de 20 a 45%, preferencialmente de 22 a 45%, com base na quantidade total dos componentes de (A) a (C), a quantidade total de etileno com base na quantidade total de componentes de (A) a (C) é de até 23% em peso e a razão entre o teor de etileno da fração insolúvel em xileno à temperatura ambiente (C~ 2~xif) multiplicado pela percentagem em peso da fração insolúvel em xileno à temperatura ambiente (%XIF) e o teor de etileno da fração solúvel em xileno á temperatura ambiente (C~ 2~xsf) multiplicado pela percentagem em peso da fração insolúvel em xileno à temperatura ambiente (%SXF), i.e., (C~ 2~xif ? %XIF) / (C~ 2~xsf ?%SXF), satisfaz a seguinte relação (I): em que x é a quantidade total de etileno.
