Abstract
MéTODO FáCIL PARA SINTETIZAR COMPOSTOS DE BACCATIN III. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para sintetizar um composto de baccatina III protegido por C-7 representado pela formula (A), que compreende reagir um composto de l0-desacetilbaccatina III representado pela fórmula (B) com um agente de proteção e um agente de acilação na presença de uma amina secundária e um composto contendo nitrogênio. Também, um processo para sintetizar um composto de l0-desacetilbaccatina III protegido por C-7 representado pela fórmula (C)- que compreende reagir um composto de l0-desacetilbaccatina III representado pela fórmula (B) com um agente de proteção na presença de uma amina secundária e um composto contendo nitrogênio. Em ambos os processos, o composto contendo nitrogênio é selecionado de um heterociclo contendo nitrogênio ou uma trialquilamina. Quando o heterociclo contendo nitrogênio é selecionado, pode ser uma piridina substituída ou não-substituída ou uma pirazina substituída ou não-substituída. Quando uma trialquilamina é selecionada, pode ser, por exemplo, trietilamina ou dilsopropiletilamina, em que PG~ 1~ representa o resíduo orgânico do agente de proteção, PG~ 2~ representa o resíduo orgânico do agente de acilação, e R representa um grupo arila simples ou substituído ou um grupo heterocíclico.
