Abstract
processo para produção de composto precursor para composto orgânico marcado com halogênio radioativo. trata-se de um processo para produzir um precursor marcado que é útil para a produção de um composto aminoácido marcado com flúor radioativo. na etapa de reação para introduzir um grupo abandonador em uma mistura da forma sin e da forma anti do facbc, deixa-se uma base estar presente no sistema de reação para produzir um aduto do grupo abandonador sin que não reage com a base e é altamente estável, e um aduto do grupo abandonador anti capaz de reagir com a base para formar um composto hidrossolúvel. ao empregar um método de purificação que utiliza tal diferença na solubilidade, o aduto do grupo abandonador sin pode ser separado seletivamente. a base pode ser uma alquila-mina primária a terciária, de cadeia linear ou cadeia ramificada, com 1 a 10 átomos de carbono, um composto heterocíclico contendo nitrogênio com 2 a 20 átomos de carbono, e um composto heteroaromático contendo nitrogênio com 2 a 20 átomos de carbono.
