Abstract

FORNO MULTI-NìVEL. A presente invenção se refere a um forno multi-nível compreendendo uma parede de forno (10) que delimita um espaço cilíndrico com um eixo vertical (11), uma pluralidade de leitos (12; 22) que delimitam os níveis no interior deste espaço cilíndrico e ao menos um braço de raspagem (16, 16<39>; 26, 26,<39>) com um raspador de parede (20, 20<39>; 32). Este braço de raspagem (16, 16,39>; 26, 26<39>) é associado a um dos leitos (12; 22) onde é apto a girar ao redor do eixo vertical (11) do forno. O raspador de parede (20, 20<39>; 32) define durante a rotação do braço de raspagem (16, 16<39>; 26, 26<39>) uma zona raspada (52; 52<39>) na superfície interna (42) da parede do forno (10). A parede do forno (10) compreende uma pluralidade de cavidades de parede (54; 54<39>) que formam uma sucessão de aberturas de acesso (56; 56,<39>) na dita zona raspada (52; 52<39>). Assim se evita a formação de uma crosta endurecida aderida à superfície interna (42) da parede do forno (10) e que gera abalos de travagem no braço de raspagem (16, 16<39>; 26, 26,<39>).
