Abstract
BOMBA CENTRìFUGA E IMPULSOR DA MESMA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma bomba centrífuga e um impulsor da mesma. A presente invenção, em termos específicos, refere-se à modificação de um impulsor de uma bomba centrífuga de tal maneira que a dita bomba possa ser usada sem o risco de danificar uma vedação de eixo ou coisa do gênero em capacidades maiores do que a de um ponto operacional ótimo. Um aspecto caracterizante de uma bomba centrífuga, compreendendo um caracol de bomba (2), uma parede traseira (4) da dita bomba, um impulsor (20) tendo um capuz (22) e furos de compensação que se estendem através do dito capuz, o dito impulsor sendo anexado ao eixo de bomba (6) e girando dentro do dito caracol (2), é que os ditos furos de compensação (26) ficam dispostos através do capuz (22) de uma maneira tal que uma abertura (30) dos ditos furos (26) da face frontal do capuz de impulsor (22) fique tanto na direção rotacional na frente de uma abertura (32) localizada na face traseira do capuz de impulsor (22), como também mais próxima do eixo geométrico (8) da bomba do que a abertura (32) da face traseira do capuz de impulsor (22).
