Abstract

APARELHO DE ELETROPORAçãO COM ELEMENTO OCO ALONGADO. Aparelho de eletroporação compreendendo um elemento oco alongado para proporcionar um campo elétrico uniforme durante a eletroporação, onde, especificamente, a eletroporação é realizada por aplicação de pulsos elétricos através de um par de eletrodos em ambas as partes terminais do elemento oco alongado, depois que o elemento oco é carregado com espécime fluido incluindo células e material que seria injetado nas células.
