Abstract

MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR PERFIS METáLICOS EXPANDIDOS, E PERFIL METáLICO Método para produzir perfis metálicos expandidos, que consiste em submeter uma tira metálica de composições menor que o desenvolvimento do perfil a ser produzido às seguintes operações: formar tendas longitudinais em pelo menos uma faixa longitudinal que é para formar a lâmina metálica central do perfil, encurvar as bordas das fendas, perfilar a referida tira, estirar transversalmente a faixa contendo as fendas, prensar as áreas da referida lâmina metálica central em correspondência com a referida faixa estirada para desloca-las para fora ao plano da referida lâmina metálica central, caracterizado por submeter as bordas encurvadas das referidas fendas estiradas ao estampagem profunda para obter bainhas encurvadas em raio possuindo a tangente à borda livre formando um ângulo não menor que 90<198> com respeito à superfície da tira.
