Abstract

CIS-IMIDAZOLINAS. A presente invenção refere-se a compostos de fórmula (I) e aos sais e ésteres farmaceuticamente aceitáveis dos mesmos, a um processo para a fabricação dos mesmos, aos medicamentos que contêm os mesmos assim como ao uso destes compostos como agentes farmaceuticamente ativos. Os compostos apresentam atividade antiproliferativa e podem ser especialmente úteis para o tratamento de câncer.
