Abstract

ELETRODO DE DIFUSãO DE GáS DE PRATA PARA USO EM AR CONTENDO CO~ 2~, BEM COMO PROCESSOS PARA PRODUçãO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de um eletrodo de difusão de gás de um catalisador de prata sobre substrato de PTFE, sendo que o sistema de poros do catalisador de prata é enchido com um material de enchimento umectante, um corpo sólido de dimensões estáveis, com um tamanho de grão acima do catalisador de prata, é misturado com o catalisador de prata, essa massa desse modo estável á compressão é moldada em uma primeira calandra para uma fita de catalisador homogênea, em uma segunda calandra, um material de derivação eletricamente condutor é estampado na fita de catalisador, e entre a primeira e a segunda calandra é realizado um aquecimento par meio de um dispositivo de aquecimento, no qual pelo menos partes do material de enchimento umectante são removidas, bem como o próprio eletrodo de difusão de gás produzido de acordo com o processo.
