Abstract

DERIVADO DE CICLOHEXANO, PRó-DROGA DO MESMO E SAL DO MESMO E AGENTE TERAPêUTICO CONTENDO O MESMO PARA DIABETES. Um derivado de ciclohexano tendo a função de redução do nível de açúcar no sangue e tendo propriedades preferíveis requeridas de produtos medicinais, tais como atividade do fármaco de longa ação, estabilidade metabólica e segurança; e uma composição medicinal para uso na prevenção ou tratamento de doenças atribuíveis á hiperglicemia, tal como diabetes, por exemplo, diabetes mellitus insulina-dependente (diabetes do tipo I) ou diabetes mellitus não dependente de insulina (diabetes do tipo II), complicações de diabetes e obesidade. O derivado é um composto representado pela fórmula (I): ¢Fórmula 1! (em que A é -O-, -CH~ 2- ou -NH-; n é um número inteiro selecionado entre 0 e 1; R¬ 6¬ e R¬ 7¬ são, cada um independentemente, hidrogênio ou C~ 1-6~ alquila; m é um número inteiro selecionado dentre 1-3; O é selecionado dentre as seguintes fórmulas Q¬ 1¬ a Q¬ 5¬.
