Abstract
MAIOR REDUçãO DA ZEìNA NA SEMENTE DE MILHO TRANSGêNICA. A presente invenção refere-se aos agentes de supressão gênica de RNA com orientação anti-sentido na forma de uma alça de RNA com orientação anti-sentido são produzidos em células de organismos transgênicos, por exemplo, plantas, através da transcrição partindo de um constructo de DNA recombinante que compreende na ordem 5<39> até 3<39> um elemento promotor ligado de forma operacional a um elemento de DNA com orientação anti-sentido e um ou mais elementos de DNA complementares.
