Abstract
MéTODOS PARA PRODUZIR UMA PLANTA TRANSGêNICA TENDO UM NìVEL MODIFICADO DE UM COMPOSTO DE ARMAZENAGEM DE SEMENTE, E PARA MODULAR UM NìVEL DE UM COMPOSTO DE ARMAZENAGEM DE SEMENTE EM UMA PLANTA, PLANTA TRANSGêNICA, SEMENTE, óLEO DE SEMENTE, E, áCIDO NUCLéICO ISOLADO. ácidos nucléicos e proteínas isolados associados com a regulagem do metabolismo de lipídeo e açúcar são fornecidos. Em particular, proteínas do metabolismo de lipídeo (LMP) e ácidos nucléicos codificadores que se originam de Physcomitrella patens, Brassica napus, Glycine nzax, Zea mays e Oryza sativa são fornecidos. Os ácidos nucléicos e proteínas são usados em métodos de produzir plantas transgênicas e níveis moduladores de compostos de armazenagem de semente. Preferivelmente, os compostos de armazenagem de semente são lipídeos, ácidos graxos, amidos ou proteína de armazenagem de semente.
