Abstract

ARTIGO DE DECORAçãO MOLDADO POR INJEçãO, FILME DE TRANSFERêNCIA, E PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DO ARTIGO A presente invenção refere-se a um artigo moldado por injeção decorado, feito de pelo menos um material plástico injetado e pelo menos um elemento decorativo conectado fixamente de forma mecânica ao mesmo, em que o elemento decorativo possui uma ou mais porções de camada e provê uma camada de decoração e/ou uma camada de proteção para o artigo moldado por injeção, em que a artigo moldado por injeção é dotado de pelo menos uma costura moldada por injeção feita no material plástico injetado durante a operação de moldagem por injeção na região de fechamento de um molde de moldagem por injeção ou na região transicional entre pelo menos duas partes individuais do molde de moldagem por injeção, e em que o pelo menos um elemento decorativo cobre apenas parcialmente uma região de superfície do material plástico definido por uma costura moldada por injeção que se estende em uma configuração anular sobre o material plástico, e o elemento decorativo possui pelo menos uma camada protetora de verniz e/ou pelo menos uma camada decorativa, e ligando-se á camada protetora de verniz ou à camada decorativa pelo menos uma camada de primer que se amolece a uma temperatura de moldagem por injeção para o material plástico, na qual a camada de primer é ligada ao material plástico. A presente invenção diz respeito ainda de um filme de transferência capaz em molde assim como um processo para a produção de tais artigos moldados por injeção.
