Abstract

PROCESSO PARA SEPARAR E SECAR PARTìCULAS TERMOPLáSTICAS, PROCESSO DE DESACOPLAMENTO, E, PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE PARTìCULAS EMBALADAS Um processo para a alimentação de uma suspensão de partículas poliméricas sintéticas termoplásticas tais como homopolímeros e copolímeros de polietileno tereftalato em combinação com um líquido como água, em uma temperatura do líquido maior do que o ponto de ebulição normal do líquido, sob uma pressão maior do que a pressão de vapor do líquido na temperatura do líquido, para dentro de uma zona de separação como um secador centrífugo, e dentro da zona de separação: a. a separação do líquido das partículas, e b. a secagem das partículas; enquanto está sob uma pressão elevada igual ou maior do que a pressão de vapor do líquido. E também apresentado um processo para desacoplar as partículas secas da zona de separação para urna atmosfera tendo uma pressão menor do que a pressão de vapor do líquido, ao mesmo tempo mantendo a pressão de vapor das partículas antes do desacoplamento igual ou superior a pressão de vapor do líquido na temperatura do líquido.
