Abstract
MéTODO PARA TORNAR A CARNE TENRA, o qual compreende um método para tornar a carne tenra compreendendo o fornecimento de uma quantidade de carne e tratamento da carne com uma composição compreendendo uma mistura de enzima consistindo de bromelina, ficina, papaína e/ou actinidina.
