Abstract

DISPOSITIVO PARA PRODUZIR OU PROCESSAR ALIMENTOS. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para produzir ou processar alimentos, especialmente carne, com pelo menos uma placa perfurada (P), através de cujos furos (4, 5) pode ser passado o alimento, sendo que a placa perfurada (P) consiste em duas partes, por exemplo, um suporte (1) e uma peça perfurada (2) e à peça perfurada (2) é conjugado um elemento de pressão, por exemplo, uma faca que passa ao longo da peça perfurada, a peça perfurada (2) devendo dissipar em menor grau possível o calor que surge entre ela e o elemento de pressão.
