Abstract
FIBRA, E, ARTIGO DE FIBRA. Esta invenção proporciona uma fibra que retém calor, de baixo custo, contendo um material que absorve calor de radiação e que possui boa resistência ao tempo, boa eficiência na absorção de calor de radiação e excelente transparência, e um produto têxtil que utiliza a fibra. Finas partículas de Cs~ 0~,~ 33~WO~ 3~, tolueno e um dispersante para uma fina dispersão das partículas são misturados para preparar uma dispersão em líquido. O tolueno é então removido para preparar um pó dispersado de Cs~ 0~,~ 33~WO~ 3~. Esse pó dispersado é adicionado e misturado intimamente com pelotas de resina de polietileno tereftalato e a mistura extrusada para preparar um cordão que é então transformado em pelotas para preparar uma mistura-padrão contendo finas partículas de Cs~ 0~,~ 33~WO~ 3~. Essa mistura-padrão é misturada com uma nustura-padrão isenta de finas partículas e essa mistura é fiada em fusão, seguida de estiramento, para preparar um fio multifilamento de poliéster. O fio multifilamento de poliéster é cortado para preparar um material picado de poliéster e deste modo preparar um fio por fiação. Esse fio por fiação é usado para preparar produtos de malha que retêm calor.
