Abstract

MANTAS RESISTENTES à CHAMA DE ALTA ESPESSURA, MéTODOS PARA O BLOQUEIO DO FOGO E ARTIGO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma manta resistente à chama de alta espessura, em camadas, que compreende uma camada de base e uma camada externa e a um artigo tal como um colchão contendo tal manta. A camada de base da manta compreende de 30 a 80 partes em peso das fibras resistentes ao calor, de 5 a 55 partes em peso de uma fibra de celulose que retém pelo menos 10 % de seu peso em fibra quando aquecido ao ar a 700°C, em uma taxa de 20°C/ mm, e um primeiro material ligante. A camada externa compreende um segundo material ligante e até 85 partes em peso de uma fibra que é (a) uma fibra de celulose que retém pelo menos 10 % de seu peso de fibra quando aquecida ao ar a 700°C em uma taxa de 20°C/ mm, (ii) uma fibra modacrílica, ou (iii) misturas incluindo estas duas fibras.
