Abstract

Métodos de Transformação de Pelo Menos uma Célula de um Explante de E. grandis x E. urophyfla com DNA Estranho e de Produção de Árvore E. grandis x E. urophylla Não Quimérica. A presente invenção relaciona-se com um método de transformação e seleção de explantes de planta. O método de transformação inclui pré-cultivar os explantes na presença de um indutor de Agrobacterium e expor os explantes transformados a uma midia de regeneração de brotos que acelera o desenvolvimento de brotos. São providas as plantas geradas a partir deste método de transformação. Em particular, são providos os métodos de obtenção de células transgênicas E. grandis x E. urophylla e a partir delas regenerar estavelmente as árvores E. grandis x E. urophylla transformadas. A invenção proporciona também meios, métodos e plasmídios para selecionar e regenerar plantas.
