Abstract

EQUIPAMENTO PARA PRODUÇçO DE CHAPAS DE AÇO DE ALTA RESISTÊNCIA OU CHAPAS DE AÇO DE ALTA RESISTÊNCIA REVESTIDAS DE ZINCO POR IMERSçO A QUENTE COM EXCELENTE ALONGAMENTO E EXCELENTE CAPACIDADE DE EXPANSçO DE FUROS. A presente invenção refere-se a um equipamento capaz de produzir uma chapa de aço de alta resistência ou uma chapa de aço de alta resistência revestida de zinco por imersão a quente que tornam o equipamento de resfriamento e o equipamento de revenido equipamentos de tratamento contínuo de forma que não apenas a melhoria na qualidade do material devido ao revenido permite a melhoria da capacidade de expansão de furo, mas também o alongamento pode ser melhorado, isto é, um equipamento de produção de chapas de alta resistência ou chapas de aço de alta resistência revestidas de zinco por imersão a quente excelente em alongamento e capacidade de expansão de furo caracterizado pelo arranjo em um equipamento de recozimento contínuo ou um equipamento de revestimento contínuo de zinco por imersão a quente ou seu equipamento conjunto ou continuamente com o mesmo um equipamento de resfriamento capaz de resfriar a chapa de aço após a recristalização e após o revestimento de zinco por imersão a quente até a região de temperatura do ponto de transformação da martensita para revenir a chapa de aço e manter sua temperatura, e um equipamento de re-resfriamento para resfriar a chapa de aço até 10000 ou menos.
