Abstract

MICROORGANISMO PARA DESCONTAMINAR FUMONISINAS E SEU USO, MÉTODO PARA DESCONTAMINAR FUMONISINAS, E ADITIVO PARA RAÇçO, QUE CONTÉM O DITO MICROORGANISMO. A presente invenção refere-se a um microorganismo para descontaminar fumonisinas e derivados de fumonisinas e o uso de bactérias ou leveduras, isoladamente ou em combinação de duas ou mais cepas para descontaminar fumonisinas e derivados de fumonisinas em produtos alimentícios e/ou rações. A invenção refere-se também a um método para descontaminar fumonisinas e derivados de fumonisinas com o auxílio de um micro- organismo e um aditivo de ração para inativar micotoxinas, particularmente fumonisinas e derivados de fumonisinas. A invenção refere-se a um microorganismo para descontaminar fumonisinas e derivados de fumonisinas e ao uso de bactérias ou leveduras, isoladamente ou em uma combinação de duas ou mais cepas para descontaminar fumonisinas e derivados de fumonisinas em produtos alimentícios e/ou rações. A invenção refere-se também a um método para descontaminar fumonisinas e derivados de fumonisinas com o auxílio de um microorganismo e a um aditivo de ração para inativar micotoxinas, particularmente fumonisinas e derivados de fumonisinas.
