Abstract

LUVA DE LÁTEX E MÉTODO PARA FABRICAR UM ARTIGO DE LÁTEX COM UMA TEXTURA DE SUPERFÍCIE GEOMETRICAMENTE DEFINIDA. Artigos de látex com estrutura de superfície geometricamente definida que propiciam características de sujeição aperfeiçoadas em ambiente seco, úmido ou oleoso; e um método para fabricar o mesmo compreende aplicar uma cobertura coagulante polimérica (12) a uma superfície de molde liso (11) , em que a cobertura torna-se pegajosa durante a secagem, aplicar partículas coagulantes discretas (14) de tamanho, formato e distribuição selecionados à cobertura pegajosa para fixar e projetar a partir da superfície do molde com a cobertura coagulante polimérica, imergir o molde em uma emulsão de látex aquosa, em que a cobertura coagulante polimérica desestabilize o látex, desenvolvendo desse modo uma camada de látex, vulcanizar e extrair o artigo de látex do avesso, e dissolver as partículas coagulantes discretas em água ou solventes adequados para revelar a textura geometricamente projetada com o tamanho, formato e distribuição predeterminados de impressões que propiciam sujeição a seco, a úmido e oleosa através da remoção de uma camada de limite de fluido.
