Abstract
APARELHO DE COZIMENTO COM, PELO MENOS, UM ARRANJO DE SENSOR DE GÁS, UM SISTEMA DE RETIRADA DE AMOSTRA PARA UM APARELHO DE COZIMENTO DESSE TIPO, UM PROCESSO PARA O COZIMENTO COM UM APARELHO DE COZIMENTO DESSE TIPO E UM PROCESSO PARA A LIMPEZA DE UM APARELHO DE COZIMENTO DESSE TIPO. A presente invenção se refere a um aparelho de cozimento que compreende, pelo menos, um compartimento de cozimento, pelo menos, um compartimento da instalação, pelo menos, um arranjo de sensor de gás com, pelo menos, dois sensores individuais diferentes, separados e/ou com, pelo menos, um campo do sensor que está relacionado com, pelo menos, dois segmentos de sensor diferentes para a detecção da atmosfera do compartimento de cozimento, da atmosfera do compartimento da instalação, e/ou da atmosfera que envolve o aparelho de cozimento, pelo menos, uma unidade de memória, para o armazenamento dos sinais detectados através do arranjo de sensor de gás, pelo menos, uma unidade de avaliação para o processo dos sinais detectados, pelo menos, uma unidade de controle para o controle dos processos de cozimento ou dos processos de limpeza, em função dos sinais avaliados e, com pelo menos, uma primeira linha de alimentação para a atmosfera proveniente do compartimento de cozimento para o arranjo de sensor de gás incluindo, pelo menos, uma válvula na entrada e/ou na área da primeira linha de alimentação. A invenção também se refere a um sistema de retirada de amostra para o referido aparelho de cozimento, a um processo para o cozimento com um aparelho de cozimento deste tipo, e a um processo para a limpeza do mesmo.
