Abstract

METANONAS DE FENILA SUBSTITUÍDA POR SULFANILA COMO INIBIDORES DE TRANSPORTADOR DE GLICINA 1 (GLYT-1) PARA O TRATAMENTO DE DISTéRBIOS NEUROLàGICOS E NEUROPSIQUIÁTRICOS. A presente invenção refere-se aos compostos da fórmula geral em que R¹ é alquila inferior ou alquila inferior substituida por halogênio; R² é -S(O)~ 2~-alquila inferior, -S(O)~ 2~NH-alquila inferior, NO~ 2~ ou CN; Rü é halogênio, CN, alquila inferior, alquila inferior substituida por halogênio, NO~ 2~, -0(O)-alquila inferior ou S(O)~ 2~-alquila inferior; X/X¹ são independentemente um do outro CR^ 4^ ou N; R^ 4^ é hidrogênio ou halogênio; n é 0,1 ou 2; e aos sais de adição de ácido farmaceuticamente aceitáveis destes. Foi descoberto que os compostos de fórmula geral I são bons inibidores do transportador de glicina 1 (GIyT-1) para o tratamento de esquizofrenia.
