Abstract
APARELHO DE RESFRIAMENTO DE CHAPAS DE AçO DE BITOLA GROSSA. A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho de resfriamento de chapa de aço de bitola grossa tendo uma pluralidade de pares de cilindros compressores, cada par compreendendo um cilindro superior e um cilindro inferior, comprimindo e transportando chapas de aço de bitola grossa laminadas a quente e uma pluralidade de bocais de pulverização pulverizando água nas superfície superior e inferior da chapa de aço de bitola grossa transportada entre os pares adjacentes de cilindros compressores antes e após cada um deles na direção de transporte, o dito aparelho de resfriamento de chapa de aço de bitola grossa caracterizado por arranjar a dita pluralidade de bocais de pulverização de forma que (i) a soma das áreas das superfícies de impacto das pulverizações de água dos bocais de pulverização do lado superior na superfície da chapa de aço de bitola grossa está na faixa de 4 a 90% da área de superfície da chapa de aço entre as circunferências externas na distância mais próxima entre os pares de cilindros compressores, e (ii) a soma das áreas das superfícies de impacto das pulverizações de água dos bocais de pulverização do lado superior de superfície na superfície da chapa de aço de bitola grossa está na faixa de 4 a 100% de área de superfície da chapa de aço entre as circunferências externas do cilindro na distância mais próxima entre os pares de cilindros compressores.
