Abstract
SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA MEDIçãO E MAPEA- MENTO DE UMA SUPERFìCIE COM RELAçãO A UMA REFERêNCIA. Sistema e método para medição do deslocamento de uma superfície (47) em relação a uma referência de base (45), bem como para mapear o deslocamento de uma superfície da superfície (47) com relação à referência de base (45). A presente invenção possui aplicação específica para determinar o desgaste de revestimentos (27) usada em moinho de bolas (23). Um scanner a laser (11) gera dados nebulosos pontuais com relação a uma medição da orientação espacial de uma superfície distal (47) com relação a um ponto de referência para definir uma imagem tridimensional da superfície (47). Dados de referência são armazenados com relação à orientação espacial (45) com relação à superfície. Um computador (13) processa os dados nebulosos pontuais e os dados de referência de base para determinar o deslocamento relativo da superfície (47) com relação à referência de base. Isto é feito por meio de um processo de referência (57) que orienta os dados nebulosos pontuais em relação a dados de referência principais da superfície de base (45) e transforma a nuvem de pontos de dados em um sistemade coordenadas que coincide com os dados de referência de base. Um processo de processamento de deslocamento (59) então calcula o deslocamento entre a superfície (47) e a referência de base (45) utiliza ambos os conjuntos de dados no sistema de coordenadas e produz dados de deslocamento em relação ao mesmo. Um processo de comparação (67) compara os dados de deslocamento contra um limite prescrito e gera um relatório (apêndice) que graficamente exibe o resultado da comparaçao.
