Abstract

MéTODO PARA TRATAMENTO PREVENTIVO DE POEIRA E MATERIAL TRATADO PREVENTIVO DE POEIRA. Proporciona-se um método para tratamento preventivo de poeira de um material formador de poeira utilizando-se um agente de tratamento preventivo de poeira que compreende as dispersões aquosas PTFE dotadas de potencial inferior com preocupações ambientais, método esse que é tão efetivo quanto o método conhecido e tem ainda possibilidades mais baixas de problemas ambientais, e proporcionar o material tratado preventivo de poeira obtido pelo tratamento do material formador de poeira com o método. O método de tratamento preventivo de poeira para um material formador de poeira em que a poeira derivada do material formador de poeira é prevenida pela mistura de uma composição de tratamento preventivo de poeira que compreende uma dispersão aquosa de politetrafluoroetileno que contém 50 ppm ou menos de um emulsionador que contém flúor com o material formador de poeira e então formar fibrilas de politetrafluoroetileno pelo encaminhamento de uma força de compressão/cisalhamento à mistura retro sob uma temperatura de cerca de 20°C a 200°C; e o material tratado preventivo de poeira que é obtido ao tratar-se o material formador de poeira com o método.
